Farm at eggleston Park

The Farm at Eggleston Park is Evanston Grows’ largest garden to date, and is located at the far side of the Food Forest and Farmette. Thanks to the efforts of many volunteers, Evanston Grows turned a swampy stretch of land into a flourishing organic farm plot that is focused on large production. Urban farmer Matt Ryan leads the garden and teaches interns the essentials about urban farming. Harvests are shared at the Free Fresh Farmstand every Wednesday afternoon throughout the growing season.
